Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live with independence, dignity, and confidence. We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support that reflects each participant’s needs, strengths, and goals.

Through evidence-based practices, collaborative partnerships, and compassionate care, we aim to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and help every participant exceed their own expectations. Our mission is to deliver safe, reliable, and meaningful support that enhances wellbeing, strengthens resilience, and promotes full participation in home, community, and everyday life.

Purpose Care proudly supports participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). We are dedicated to assisting individuals who experience barriers due to disability, ensuring every person receives support that is holistic, therapeutic, and truly person-centred.

Our team uses evidence-based, strength-focused approaches to enhance each participant’s life choices, opportunities, and outcomes. We aim to empower people to not only reach their goals but to exceed their own expectations, building resilience, independence, and confidence along the way.

All team members are trained to provide safe, reliable, and respectful support that enables participants to live independently in their homes and within their community.

We are committed to delivering high-quality, compliant services, aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, and all relevant Victorian and Australian legislation.

We offers you the care you need at your stage of life. We partner with you, your support to ensuring you can choose how we support you according to your unique needs. Our qualified staff are trustworthy, reliable, and respectful that they are supporting you in your home. Our service is always friendly, personalised, and attentive.

Your rights and responsibilities

Your rights

If you wish, you may bring someone to your sessions at your to help or support you. This could be a friend, a family member or someone from another service

  • If you are unsure about the information or advice a staff member has given you, you can ask to speak to another staff member
  • You can ask to be referred to a different service within our or outside of us
  • You can cease at any time the service you receive from us
  • To receive safe and quality services from trained and experienced staff

When accessing our services

  • Respect your needs
  • Provide you with information in the way that suits you best. This could be in the form of pictures, or written or spoken words
  • Help you to make the best choices for your needs
  • Make sure our staff have up-to-date training in the area of your needs
  • Tell you about other available services if us cannot help you
  • Encourage you to ask questions

Interpreter services

These are free and private. We are very happy to work with interpreters so if you or a family member or friend need an interpreter, please let us know.

Your rights to privacy

When you start with a service at us you will be asked to give your consent for us to keep information about you and the service you use. This information is kept private and secure; only the people who work with you are able to see it.

You will also be asked for your consent if:

  • Staff refer you to a service outside of us
  • A staff member wishes to talk to a member of your family
  • You are willing for students working in us to sit in on your sessions with a staff member. Nothing will change if you say no to this

US staff do not need your consent in the following situations:

  • If they speak to another US staff member about the best service for you
  • If they are concerned about your health, safety or wellbeing
  • If a court of the law asks the us for information about you
  • If a legal guardian or carer asks for information about the us services you access

our responsibilites

When you become a participant of our service:

  • Answer all the questions you are asked as this will help staff find the best service for you
  • Arrive on time for your program or service
  • Be respectful to staff and participants – aggressive behaviour is unacceptable
  • Let us know if you need to cancel or change your session time
  • Keep private what other people may share in group sessions
  • Accept that there are limits to the services that we can provide
  • respect Covid rules and safety rules.

We provide attendant care services.  We ensure that your supports who have needs are meet after your accident.

Our services include support in the home with a range of daily tasks, but can also include access to community, shopping assistance, and transport to and from therapy.

We provide high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) housing tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities. Our homes offer a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where residents can thrive with 24/7 personalized care. Through the NDIS framework, we empower our residents to live independently, build life skills, and engage meaningfully with their community, all while ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Purpose Care provide one of the most flexible, customised domestic cleaning services. You can choose just the cleaning services you need or engage us for regular full housekeeping services. Purpose care are here to give you back the time you need to maintain your lifestyle. Our services also include gardening, mowing the lawn, , trash removing, changing the linen and disinfecting the tabletops

If you would like to learn how to use public transport or strengthen your life skills such as cooking, budgeting, social and recreational participation. 

Our trained staff can assist to build and develop your life skills.
